• non-adjustable height: not meant to be hung above the floor
2.  This dummy can be a RECOIL or a STEADY dummy.
• Recoil reaction dummy creates tension to keep the dummy facing forward
3. The arms and leg are made out of
Hard wood

• They are circular.  The arms turns clockwise and counterclockwise.
4. The jong is made out of
GLULAM
(8" x 4").
5. The upper part of the jong is wrapped with a soft cotton rope.
• the ropes are installed instead of punching pads.
6. We offer a standard size jong which is 62.5" tall + 2" base.
7. Only brown is available.
