Vintage Trainpack Ho Toy transformer by Model Rectifier Corporation. Front states:

Item is vintage and shows some age and wear and tear.
Side lever moves up and down fine, direction switch moves fine. Opposite side features four ports, two for AC and two for DC connections for track accessories.
Plugs in, unit turns on and hums. Unable to test with an actual train set, transformer is sold untested and as is. Weighs around 2lbs.
