Vintage Lionel ZW Toy Train Transformer 275 Watts Bench Tested Works Needs Cord

Lionel ZW transformer works but needs ac cord.
Overall cosmetically good looking and I tested this to the best of my ability as a non-train person but I did hook it up to a small piece of track and I got both sides to run a train which is shown in the last photo lit as evidence of operation however the train is not included.
definitely not mint but very good for its age, I don’t see any cracks or missing parts , pictures tell the story. You would be the best judge of condition I am not a train expert.
I bench tested this using an engine with a small piece of track which is shown in the last photo running and lit, as evidence that it’s not DOA.
The rubber on the cord has hardened and cracked and will need to be replaced for safety but otherwise the unit appears to be OK selling in “used” condition as pictured.
