his listing is for a vintage Frank Holton & Co. (Elkhorn, WIS.) alto saxophone mouthpiece. There is no brand name on it. This is a very unique piece. It is a hybrid mouthpiece. The body is made of a red/orange tinted hard rubber, and the tip/table/rails, and interior, are made of metal. The tip opening is quite close, measuring in at just .045". It has deeply scooped inner side walls, and a large round chamber. This mouthpiece is in excellent condition. The metal part is perfectly smooth. There are no cracks, chips, or tooth gouges to the rubber. This is a great mouthpiece for collectors!
