Please see ALL of the photos, this is the exact transformer you will receive.  The photographs are a direct representation of the condition of the unit.
We recently acquired this from a large train collection buyout.  The transformer is in good cosmetic condition, showing normal wear and tear.  The cord and plug are in good shape.   We are happy to provide additional photos if desired as our trains and accessories are sold AS IS with no returns.
When plugged in, the unit makes a humming/vibration sound as it should.  That is all the testing we have done
