    Top of case pitting, top 2 screw
    heads - rust, front terminal strip missing 1 brass nut.  AC cord plug needs cleaning.  Top: Stop
    to 90 adjustable, 3 terminal front: Base Post to Center Post to Last terminal, 15 volts only.
    Tested no no load reads 15.5 volts.  Comes from an Hobby/RC estate.  Will combine other
