The label on the handle has a 'dark patina' on it; -- likely from being used. Marking on handle label: "Victor Welding Torch 310" "UND LAB INC LISTED" "No K-82353". The OXY valve is labeled: "Victor 1025". The GAS valve is labeled: "Victor 1125". The knobs on both valves rotate freely from stop to stop. The threads on the inlets appear to be free from damage or excess wear. This torch handle appears to be in very good condition.
