Features
The crucible is made of pure graphite to ensure high heat resistance. The crucible is formed by rotation so that the stability of the mineral is wholly maintained. The groove design facilitates the pouring and filling of the melt.
The Silver Melting Furnace is equipped with an advanced PID module and digital control system to provide you with accurate and convenient metal melting. The actual temperature in the melting furnace is monitored every 2 seconds without overheating or cooling.
Uses heat-resistant and useful insulation materials. Radially arranged heating elements are fully functional and produce a uniform temperature distribution in the melting crucible. High performance and effective insulation ensure that the required melting temperature is reached quickly.
Insulation grids prevent accidental contact with the heating chamber. The melting crucible is equipped with a melting clamp which fits into the groove around the crucible head, which allows you to use the hot melt crucible safely.
