For first use charge until red light goes out.
Great for garlic, onions, fruit, meat, avocados etc.
Handles most foods but not nuts, coffee beans, ice or anything very hard.
Blade is very sharp so please handle with care.
Carefully place blade in cup and add food to be chopped around the blade.
Place unique safety cover over the bowl place top over this.
Do not overload the bowl with food.
Hold down start button for 10-20 seconds.  Repeat as needed.  Unit may overheat if pressed for more than 30 seconds so pause for a few seconds and press again for 15-20 seconds.  Most foods are well chopped up in 15 seconds.
The blade is very sharp and should be kept well away from children.
Hand wash in seconds.  Can be sterilized with boiling water.  It is not advisable to place in a dishwasher.
