SELMER SOLOIST D ALTO SAX MOUTHPIECE 1960s LONG SHANK

Here’s a great sounding 1960s Long Shank D Soloist alto. But please look at the photos. The left corner of the tip is uneven—a bit scuffed. I would have a refacer smooth out that area and leave the rest of the mouthpiece alone. A minimal reface I would think. Because even with that scuff, this has a great sound. I’ve kept this a long time planning to get it refaced because the sound is great-the best sounding Soloist I’ve played. But it could play better. I’ve purchased an expensive tenor and so need to sell some things to pay for it. Otherwise, I would keep this.
