This is a the perfect item to make Blooming Onions with.  It also doubles as a French Fry potato slicer and other flood slicer.  As pictured, you'll notice both blade types are ready to go for sharp slicing through spicy, yummy onions or squares to make potatoes into fries or other veggies and fruits into long squares.  Food prep made easy.
Simply insert the Blooming Onion blade into the top of the device and press down to make your fresh onions bloom! Then, when you are ready for French Fried spuds, insert the mesh insert in place of the Blooming Onion blade and do the same push down motion and, VOILA! Taters ready to be fried.  Yummmmmmm and yeehaw! Man, we can't believe how easy this is either.
