Used. This item comes in non-original packaging.  There may be minor scuffs and scrapes due to previous use, but overall this item appears to be in good cosmetic condition.
Notes:
This item came from a working setup.  We used a 9V battery and pressed the Start/Stop button.  The main light lit up as green on Start and then lit as red on Stop.  Please see photos.  No further testing was performed. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
