    CONDITION:
    While we didn't have the ability to fully test the transformer, when my husband plugged it in it stared humming and warmed up. We expect that it will work just fine, but we are selling it As Is. the instruction booklets are in good condition inside with cover rubs and bends. The outside box has lots of rubs and a few tears, but is still doing its job of holding the transformer.
