Lucas Oil Synthetic 5W30 High Performance Motor Oil is a
formulation of high quality synthetic base stocks and an exclusive high
performance additive package. It's and ideal on track/off track lubricant that
ensures minimum drag for maximum fuel mileage and easy cold weather starting.
Expect maximum protection from wear even with extended drain intervals. The
exclusive additive package in Lucas Synthetic 5w30 ensures extra protection
and longer oil life in turbo charged engines. Also expect more miles between
overhauls and lower oil temperatures. Designed for use in both gasoline and
diesel engines. Motor oil is made from crude oil and is used to
lubricate, clean, and cool engines. Types of motor oil include conventional,
synthetic, diesel, bio-based, hybrid (blends of conventional and synthetic),
and recycled oils. Motor oil varies in weight and viscosity, as well as
additives that some manufacturers add to the oil during the refining process.
A numerical code system created by the Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE)
