LIONEL Z-250 WATT RECONDITIONED TRANSFORMER, RUNS 4 TRAINS CLEANED, SERVICED & TESTED EXCELLENT PLUS PLUS
OPERATING COND.
LIONEL ONE PREWAR #Z-250 RECONDITIONED TRANSFORMER made from 1939-1942 & 1945-1947, will run Four trains and/or many accessories.  It has been completely dissembled, cleaned in and out, serviced, and has no chips, cracks, breaks, lite scratches on case and etching on base, as shown in pictures, and is in Excellent Plus Plus Operating Condition.
The Top Frame Assembly, coil assembly, upper and lower gear assembles and binding post nuts have all been removed and cleaned.
I have Replaced the Four Carbon Rollers and Rivets and all the contacts have been cleaned
. The circuit breaker was checked and working, the Red light comes on when there is a short and goes off when the short is removed. The wiring has been re-soldered and checked. It has a New power cord, with L on plug
, New Red and Green Lenses, two New Light Blubs
. The Original faceplate is Nice Condition, with lite wear, as shown in picture.

The voltage output at full throttle: A-U 25.59 Volts. B-U 25.58 Volts. C-U 25.59 Volts. D-U 25.58 Volts.
This is a Prewar Transformer made to be used on Postwar and Prewar Trains.
I recondition, repair, and test all transformers I sell. I tested this transformer before the disassembly, after the recondition, and after I sell the transformer.

This item will be shipped in a New USPS Priority Mail Box, with the bottom of box glued together for extra strength.
