LIONEL TRAINS TYPE LW 125W TRAINMASTER TRANSFORMER W/ BOX

I have been using this LW for about a year to test accessories I sell on Ebay from time to time. It could use a good cleaning. The case is in good shape with no cracks. The bottom plate is bent on one corner and I have photographed both sides to show the gap between the case and plate.
It has the green lens cap on the handle that lights up when plugged in. When plugged in it hums louder than the 1033 I am also selling and I don't know if that indicates that it needs service, because it's the only one I have owned. The box is in very good condition with no splits or missing flaps and makes a nice home for this transformer when not in use.
The Lionel LW Transformer
was available from 1955 until 1966. It generated 125 Watts of power and would control one train. It has a built-in circuit breaker, and buttons that control the direction of the train and the horn/whistle circuit. At 125 watts it's the most powerful single handle transformer of the postwar era.
With the original box and complete, it would make a nice transformer for someone with experience servicing transformers.
