    Description

    Although the antenna extends & contracts smoothly and the battery terminals are clean and bright, I installed new batteries to test it and it FLUNKED the test
    IT LOOKS GREAT BUT IT DOES NOT WORK!!
    I see no visible reason why it does not work, but it doesn't work.
    It's being sold AS IS, NOT WORKING, for parts or repair. NO RETURNS!
