Early prewar toy train small transformer plug missing original wiring look old!!

Up for bids is an early train transformer with no plug but original wiring.  Ive not tried to mess with this one at all so its being sold as is where is for parts or restoration only.  Please see all pics its being sold as is where is please.  This item is up for bids as is where is with no returns or refunds. I only accept pay-pal and I only ship in the USA. I also package well and I use computer generated labels with tracking #'s on all my packaging.
