The counter is designed and manufactured using CMOS  integrated circuits. Use the method:
A. Turn on the power and push the switch to count the lamp in the pool. The display shows "001". Insert the probe plug  into the jack of the instrument and press the "Reset" key to make the instrument enter the working state.
B. Place the dish to be checked.
C. Use the probe to face all the colonies at the bottom of the dish. Each point should hear the "beep" sound only effective, or should focus. At this point, the point of the colony was marked with color, showing  the number of automatic accumulation.
D. Check with a magnifying glass to confirm that the points are missing, the count is complete.
E. The number in the display is the number of colonies in the dish.
F. Record the number and remove the petri dish. Press the "reset" button, the display into the initial state.

A. The instrument should be placed on a flat, solid  table.
B. Points colony, the probe should not be too tilted, gently down to a  sense of bounce, the number is entered.
C. The instrument should be moisture, anti-violent vibration,  anti-direct sunlight exposure, anti-acid and alkali erosion, after use  should be added dust cover.
D. Attention to prevent bacterial culture contamination.
E. The instrument and the probe can not be disassembled at will. If you find a fault, you should have experienced technical staff overhaul.
