As shown in photos. Here’s some notes about my listings and me as a seller (I put these on all my listings):
Please make sure to look at the photos and condition notes carefully!
I usually offer free returns as I want you to be satisfied.
If there are any questions or concerns before you purchase, please contact me.
I do want to make sure you know what it is (via photos and the title) and what kind of condition it’s in (from the photos, but also in the condition notes), with an emphasis on the negatives, if there are any and, if so, the photos will include the worst part of the item.
If you don’t see any “bad” notes in the condition list, that’s because I couldn’t find anything wrong with it.
But you may still have questions so, again, please contact me.
I consider myself to be a good packager.
I’ve only had a few things break, all of which were ceramic.
If you are having to pay for shipping, and think the fee is too high, send me a question about the cost to see if I can reduce it or include it in the purchase price (most likely if it’s been listed a while and you are west of the Rockies).
I’m in Portland, OR (west side, 97225) and can offer local pickup if you’re in the area.
I’ve been doing this off and on for about 20 years and have had very few “errors” on my part.
In a very few instances (over more than 500 sales), I didn’t catch something defective and had to take a return.
I am a mechanical engineer with a lot of manufacturing experience, so I do have good technical skills and should be able to correctly answer about any question.
Also, I’m the one person who creates the listing, packages, ships, etc. so you’re just dealing with me!
My hobbies are home improvement, cars, boating, camping, fishing and hunting along with my manufacturing work (I’m a self-employed manufacturing engineer that works with a variety of companies) so that tends to influence a bit of what I’m selling.
Sometimes I do buy something with the intend or reselling on eBay.
My listings come from a variety of sources.
Sometimes I upgrade or replace things and sell the old item (whole or in parts), some things come from estate sales and I’m also currently selling some things for my mom who’s trying to clear out her home.
Sometimes I buy a “group” of things (like a tackle box) and sell the things I either don’t need or already have plenty of.
I also sell items that didn’t work out in a manufacturing project that can’t be returned.
In any case, I do my best to ensure the item is functional, complete, and in good condition.
With used items, that can be a challenge, but I would say I rarely “mess up” and, if I do, you get a refund (after the item is returned).
Thanks for looking and, once again, please look at the photos and condition notes carefully but don’t hesitate to ask me any questions!
