his listing is for an Aaron Drake handmade soprano
saxophone mouthpiece. It is a "Lieb" model, a reference to soprano saxophonist Dave Liebman. I think this is one of Drake's "Masters Series", although I don't think he makes this one anymore, as it is not listed on his website.
This mouthpiece is etched "M" and ".065" on the side. I'm not sure if the "M" refers to facing curve or chamber size. It looks like a small chamber to me, but that is all relative I suppose, so maybe it is 'medium' to the maker. For reference, the tip opening of .065" is equal to an Otto Link 7. This mouthpiece also has "08 12 003" etched on the other side. I assume this is date/serial number.
This mouthpiece is in excellent, lightly used condition. The tip, table, and rails are perfectly smooth. There are no indentations on the beak. It has been cleaned/sanitized.
